These are Soda Lime glass disks obtained from commercial grade glass plates float. Plate glass is a cheaper material sometimes use to build small telescope mirrors.
They are very useful when shaped for use as tools in advanced grinding and polishing phases of mirrors.
They are standard supply with two shiny surfaces that are not perfectly flat
